This program is open to students enrolled in the College of Business, or Marketing minors.

Three location options are available with CEA Capa: Florence, London, or Sydney. Applications are competitive and up to 30 Lehigh students may enroll in each location. During the application process, you will be able to indicate your location preference. If a location fills to capacity, you will be able to choose an alternate location before the application deadline for your study abroad semester.

 

Florence

 

Michelangelo, da Vinci, Galileo, and several other historical giants called Florence home during the Italian Renaissance, contributing to the city’s rich heritage and lasting global significance. Foodies, fashion enthusiasts, history buffs, art lovers, and those with a passion for language learning will feel at home living and studying here. Florence provides first class education in a variety of disciplines such as business, communication, fine arts, gender studies, as well as a wide range of courses in the humanities. You can also take advantage of the Italian language courses which are offered at all levels to help hone your language skills. Learn through hands-on experience in this historic city full of sprawling vineyards, impressive architecture, and exquisite art.

Where You'll Study

The CEA CAPA Florence Center offers a variety of courses that allow you to explore all Florence has to offer, with your professors as guides. Classes are small, taught in English, and take full advantage of the city just beyond our classroom doors. Experiential learning opportunities outside class are plentiful and bring lessons to life, exposing you to new perspectives and starting you on your journey toward global citizenship. Students receive a transcript from CEA CAPA's School of Record upon completing the program.

London

 

One of the most influential cities in world history, London is a major center of finance, the arts, and culture to this day. Its highly diverse population creates an international atmosphere amidst enduring English landmarks and customs. With course options in business, communication, writing, and performing arts, and unique summer offerings that delve into topics such as human rights and global health, you’ll have a variety of courses to suit your academic needs and interests. Overall, you’ll gain insight into the significant ways in which London has been imagined, invented, and transformed by globalization.

The CEA CAPA London Center, centrally located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, offers courses in a wide variety of subject areas that encourage you to explore this diverse and vibrant city through in-classroom study and out-of-classroom experiences. Sydney

 

The CAPA Sydney Program includes:

• 12-15 academic credits during the semester, 6-9 credits in the summer
• Optional 3 to 6 credit-hour internships in any major
