ServeAbroad Antigua is co-sponsored by the Lehigh University Africana Studies department and the Office of Student Leadership Development.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 30, 2018, 12pm
Summer 2018 dates: May 17 - May 25, 2018



$2,050 (including flight, airport transfers, housing, local transportation, and some meals). This does not include the $50 registration fee. Students should also budget a minimum of $30 per day for lunch and dinner.

ServeAbroad Antigua! Service and culture in the Caribbean. International Community Service comes alive: a 9-day service trip to the beautiful islands of Antigua & Barbuda. This international community service program is for students who seek a unique opportunity to volunteer abroad. Sample service project: painting underprivileged schools, assisting teachers in a school for disabled children and working on a Rotary community project. Excursions on the Island will likely include: Visiting Parliament, discussions with local media, and attending sporting and cultural events.


Students are housed in double or triple rooms at the Antigua Anchorage Inn.
